jGorgeous...this is the stuff you see in books, not actually in someone's place of residence. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Richard,
Reading about this particular Door of the Month - and it's building's distinctive 1930's details - made me realize that you've actually become an architectural historian of Paris ... a chronicler, scribe and archaeologist of each decade's "moments" in design. Hmmmm ... I sense a small important book is in the makes and someday I'll be ready to take in every page. Bravo ! - Cheryl

Wow…how beautiful……. Thank you

Faboo buildings and photos! The carpet looks so bright, fresh and un-trod upon.

Hey, would someone PLEASE remake this beautiful carpet pattern? There is a market for this fab. look and all things from this wonderful era! Great Find Richard!

By the way, I downloaded the 30's carpet shot on my computer- stretched as
background-

I loved the doors from Friday 21st. Beautiful. I think I will use them to design a fabric. I am really into patterns right now.

Paris at Xmas is so beautiful -- I am writing from Florida where if you can find a Santa, he's in shorts!
